Plan terms

1. Provider

Tech Guru Care plans are provided by Tech Guru IT Solutions, DD-35, LGF, Kalkaji, New Delhi 110019, GSTIN 07AANFT5125A1ZE.

2. Extended warranty eligibility

Available for laptops, desktops, printers, servers, audio systems, CCTV and networking devices purchased on or after 5 November 2025, subject to the purchase invoice and serial number. Products bought elsewhere are subject to invoice verification.

3. Cover

Plans cover breakdowns from manufacturing or electrical defects under normal use. Accidental, liquid or physical damage, theft, loss, cosmetic wear, consumables and accessories are not covered.

4. Start and end

Extended warranty starts when the manufacturer's warranty ends and runs for the period shown on your plan. AMC runs for 12 months from the start date on your contract.

5. Claims

Claims must be raised through this site, the portal or WhatsApp with the plan reference. We diagnose the fault and confirm whether it is covered before any work. Anything not covered needs your written approval of an estimate.

6. Repair or replacement

We decide whether to repair or replace. Replaced parts or units become our property.

7. AMC visits

Preventive maintenance visits follow the calendar in your contract. Comprehensive AMC includes covered parts; non-comprehensive AMC includes labour only.

8. Invoices

Every plan and every chargeable repair is billed with a GST tax invoice.

9. Cancellation

Cancellation and refund terms are shown on your plan document.
