- Parts and labour for covered repairs
- Replacement if a covered fault cannot be repaired
- On-site, pickup or carry-in service
Not covered
- Accidental, liquid or physical damage
- Theft or loss
- Toner, ink, drums and other consumables
- Damage from power surges, misuse or unauthorised repair
Who can buy
- Printers bought on or after 5 November 2025.
- Bought from Tech Guru Store: your invoice and serial are matched automatically.
- Bought elsewhere: subject to invoice verification within 1 working day.
- Not eligible? We will offer an AMC plan instead.

What is Tech Guru Care?
Tech Guru Care is the service brand of Tech Guru IT Solutions for annual maintenance contracts (AMC) and extended warranty. Plans are serviced by our own engineers.
Which products get extended warranty?
Laptops, desktops, printers, servers, audio systems, CCTV and networking devices bought on or after 5 November 2025. For older devices, choose an AMC plan instead.
What is the difference between AMC and extended warranty?
Extended warranty repairs manufacturing defects after the manufacturer's warranty ends. AMC covers scheduled maintenance visits and repairs for a year, for devices of any age.
Is accidental or liquid damage covered?
Not in current plans. Plans cover breakdowns from normal use. Accidental damage, liquid damage and theft are not covered.
