    Sign in to the Care AI portal

    Don't have an account yet? Start your free trial.

    Open “Install agent” and create a token

    The portal shows the exact command for each operating system with your token filled in.

    Run it on each device

    The device appears in your portal within a minute.

Windows PowerShell as Administrator

iwr https://app.techgurucare.com/downloads/install.ps1 -UseBasicParsing -OutFile $env:TEMP\tgc-install.ps1; & $env:TEMP\tgc-install.ps1 -Token YOUR_TOKEN

macOS and Linux Terminal

curl -fsSL https://app.techgurucare.com/downloads/install.sh | sudo bash -s -- --token YOUR_TOKEN

The installer verifies the download's checksum before running.

Requirements

  • Windows 10/11 or Windows Server 2016+, 64-bit
  • macOS 12 or later (Apple silicon or Intel)
  • Ubuntu, Debian, RHEL, AlmaLinux, Rocky or Fedora with systemd
  • Outbound HTTPS (port 443) — no inbound ports

Need help?

Run tgcare doctor as administrator on the device to check the service and connection, or tgcare collect-logs to create a diagnostics file for support. You can also open a ticket or email care@techgurucare.com.
