How does the free trial work?
Sign up, install the agent on up to 3 computers and 1 server, and use every feature for 14 days. No credit card needed.
What is the difference between "AI included" and "Bring your own key"?
With AI included, Care AI runs on Tech Guru's Anthropic account and each plan comes with a monthly AI allowance. With Bring your own key, Care AI runs on your organisation's own Anthropic API key: Anthropic bills you directly for what you use, you can set your own spend limits, and the per-device price is lower. What do the "Bring your own key" plans cost?
Pro ₹179 per computer / month, Business ₹299 per computer / month, Server ₹899 per server / month, billed yearly, GST extra. Anthropic bills your AI usage separately, at its own published rates.
Can we switch between the two later?
Yes. Ask us to change your licence. Your administrator can store and test your Anthropic key in the portal before the switch, so Care AI keeps working.
How am I billed after the trial?
Plans are billed yearly in advance with a GST tax invoice from Tech Guru IT Solutions. Pay by bank transfer or UPI; online payment through your client portal is coming soon.
Can I mix plans?
Yes. Computers are on Pro or Business and servers on the Server plan, all on one invoice.
Can I add devices later?
Yes. Devices added mid-term are charged only for the remaining months.
Do you offer discounts?
Partner pricing is available for IT service providers and fleets of 100+ devices. Combined Care AI + AMC contracts are quoted together. Contact us.
